Tube

Tube in a wide range of alloys used for sheathing, glass sealing, electrical vacuum, medical and other applications, capillary tubes are available for certain grades

Production

Mingquan Metals is a manufacturer and stockist of precision wire and cable for high temperature applications. Our NICR, FECRAL, CUNI alloys are double electroslag melted with good mechanical properties, excellent thermal stability and high temperature oxidation resistance.

RAW MATERIAL TRACEABILITY

Quality Control

Independent lab is in charge of chemical testing during melting, remelting, ingots and finished products, to make sure every inch of our product is in uniform quality. Our wires and strips are in accurate size with small resistance fluctuation.

You can find common grades of Nichrome, FeCrAl and CuNi alloys here, and some special grade designed for specific applications.

Heating Elements

MQ Metals offers different kinds of heating elements, like open coil elements and tubular heating elements, the helical coil is Ni-Cr alloys and sheath material is Incoloy sheathing tube for aggressive atmospheres. We are also able to assist you designing the proper electric tubular heater configuration.

NW CrAl6

NW CrAl6 is a FeCrAl foil alloyed with rare earth elements which has high oxidation resistance at high temperatures. NW CrAl6 foil is used to making metallic substrate for catalytic converts and diesel particle filters in automotive exhaust systems. Also used as heating material for cooking plates and ceramic hobs.

We are able to offer our clients a wide range of insulation coatings, self-bonding coatings and metallic coating for our resistance wire and conductive wire products.
