NiChrome R is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy for use at temperatures up to 300°C.
Its resistivity is about three times higher than that of manganese copper, and it has a low temperature coefficient of resistance and low Thermal electromotive force against copper.
NiChrome R is suitable for making precision miniature resistance components and strain gauges.
